Melanie went above and beyond so many times, far exceeding our expectations. We really appreciated her “realness” and always felt like she would level with us instead of saying what she thought we wanted to hear. She was also - and this is key - so good with our two young children! It’s something i hadn’t even considered would be an important quality in a realtor but it SO is. She would enthusiastically volunteer to entertain our girls while we attended meetings with vendors or our lawyer, or even coordinate one of her associates to babysit so we could get work done. Wow! Jennifer and Sue were also very helpful for staging and selling our home, and wonderful to work with. Overall, I don’t think we could have had a nicer team to work with and would highly recommend Kingsland to anyone. Thank you!"
