"We appreciated their follow through, attention to detail, and professionalism!"

"The Kingsland Group, Melanie Young and team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, communicated well and timely, were caring and pleasant to work with, and made me feel comfortable that everything was under control and they would do the best for me from list to close. This level of trust and confidence was invaluable as Kingsland group staged and sold my house while I was on a previously planned family vacation. They managed the logistics of it all wonderfully. I was very well pleased with the listing philosophy and the final outcome in the accepted offer. They understood the market well. I was impressed with the staging as well. I felt like it was a home In which I would want to live. I highly recommend this realtor."

"Everyone was not only very knowledgeable, but also very helpful and friendly. Buying and/or selling a house can be intimidating, but the Kingsland Group walked us through the entire process and we couldn’t be happier! The Kingsland Group has been amazing!"

"We liked the Ease of communication and good advice through the home purchasing process."

"We’ve worked with several realtors in the past but have never really “gelled” with anyone before our experience with the Kingsland Group. Melanie went above and beyond so many times, far exceeding our expectations. We really appreciated her “realness” and always felt like she would level with us instead of saying what she thought we wanted to hear. She was also - and this is key - so good with our two young children! It’s something i hadn’t even considered would be an important quality in a realtor but it SO is. She would enthusiastically volunteer to entertain our girls while we attended meetings with vendors or our lawyer, or even coordinate one of her associates to babysit so we could get work done. Wow! Jennifer and Sue were also very helpful for staging and selling our home, and wonderful to work with. Overall, I don’t think we could have had a nicer team to work with and would highly recommend Kingsland to anyone. Thank you!"

"I absolutely would recommend The Kingsland Group! Excellent Service! Responsive, on top of things, gives you peace of mind! I had such a great experience with Jennifer and the team!"

"The entire team was nothing but professional. They knew what we were looking for in a home and in an area, and personalized our home-searching and home-buying experience. Nicole and I truly appreciate the lengths The Kingsland Group went to in order to get us into our new home. It took some time, but the team never stopped working to place us in our perfect first home. We are so grateful for all you have done for us both."

"We could not have been more pleased and satisfied with the care we received. Jennifer’s expertise and continued attention to all our needs resulted in an amazing sale price on our home."

"Attentive + Communicative! Thank you again to Melanie and the team! Truly appreciate all the help and being there when we needed anything. From constant communication, attentiveness to traveling many miles on short notice, we would highly recommend them!"

"I really appreciate the friendliness, knowledge, availability, and knowledge when it came to my many questions as a first-time home buyer."
