Jennifer Kotz came out to our house as soon as we notified her that we were ready to put the house on the market. She gave us advice on what we needed to do to improve the value of our home. She even advised us what rooms to paint and what carpeting to purchase that would appeal to buyers.

Jennifer and Sue were also very helpful for staging and selling our home, and wonderful to work with. Melanie went above and beyond so many times, far exceeding our expectations.
