Jennifer Kotz came out to our house as soon as we notified her that we were ready to put the house on the market. She gave us advice on what we needed to do to improve the value of our home. She even advised us what rooms to paint and what carpeting to purchase that would appeal to buyers.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She was so kind, explained everything thoroughly to us, and advised us on what to do or certain things to consider to make the deal work for us. It felt like a very personalized experience!

We’ve worked with several realtors in the past but have never really “gelled” with anyone before our experience with the Kingsland Group. Melanie went above and beyond so many times, far exceeding our expectations.
