Jennifer Kotz came out to our house as soon as we notified her that we were ready to put the house on the market. She gave us advice on what we needed to do to improve the value of our home. She even advised us what rooms to paint and what carpeting to purchase that would appeal to buyers.

We’ve worked with several realtors in the past but have never really “gelled” with anyone before our experience with the Kingsland Group. Melanie went above and beyond so many times, far exceeding our expectations. We really appreciated her “realness” and always felt like she would level with us instead of saying what she thought we wanted to hear.
